Stowe had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Their defense stepped up to hand the Oxbow Olympians a 5-0 shutout on Saturday. The result was nothing new for Stowe, who have now won six matchups by five goals or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for Stowe, bringing their record up to 13-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three contests. As for Oxbow, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 10-4-2.

As of now, neither Stowe nor the Olympians have any future games scheduled.
