Softball Recap: Hatton Takes a Loss

Hatton was the 7-3 winner over Rogers when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 7-6 on Tuesday. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hatton's loss dropped their record down to 13-21-2. As for Rogers, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-16.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Pirates beat Hatton by a score of 6-5 later that day.
