Basketball Game Preview: Middletown Christian Eagles vs. Fairlawn Jets

The Middletown Christian Eagles will host the Fairlawn Jets at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Middletown Christian is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Miami Valley Christian Academy on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Middletown Christian was beaten by Miami Valley Christian Academy 62-34. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Middletown Christian was dealt a bruising 72-37 defeat at the hands of Fairlawn in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Middletown Christian was down 43-18.
