While Watertown's win against Torrington wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Raiders 3-2. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Watertown back to even at 2-2. As for Torrington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Watertown will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Thomaston at 3:45 p.m. on May 21. As for Torrington, they will face off against Wolcott at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
