Meanwhile, Harvard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 35th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to Axtell.
The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Axtell scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-17.
Palmer's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Harvard, their loss dropped their record down to 0-15.
Everything went Palmer's way against Harvard in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, as Palmer made off with a 3-0 win.
