Basketball Recap: Providence Hall Starts off Right with Win over Deseret Peak

Providence Hall took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Deseret Peak Golden Eagles by a score of 50-38.

Providence Hall got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaxon Vincent out in front who posted 11 points and eight rebounds. What's more, Vincent posted two assists, the most he's had since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Blake Curtis, who scored 12 points and three steals.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Providence Hall will square off against Cedar at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Deseret Peak, they will take on Uintah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
