Caylee Cerda spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on six hits. What's more, she posted three strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Somerset Academy (Silver Palms)'s victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Ava Stevens, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
