Softball Recap: North Fort Myers Red Knights vs. Fort Myers Green Wave
After a string of ten wins, North Fort Myers's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fort Myers Green Wave. North Fort Myers was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Fort Myers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.
Jordyn Prado put in work no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over four innings pitched. Prado has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances.
