Baseball Recap: Sequoyah Comes Up Short

Sequoyah fell victim to Loudon and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Redskins. The Chiefs have struggled against the Redskins recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Sequoyah saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Cochran, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Sequoyah's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Loudon, their record is now 8-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Redskins beat Sequoyah by a score of 10-0 on Tuesday.
