Football Recap: Gresham Has No Trouble Against Parkrose + How To Watch

Gresham owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Parkrose Broncos with a sharp 20-0 victory. The Gophers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 20 points or more this season.

Gresham is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.5 points on average over those games. As for Parkrose, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gresham is set to take on their familiar foe Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Gophers 13.7, the Mustangs 9) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Parkrose will face off against rival La Salle at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
