Soccer Recap: Winnetonka Takes a Loss

Winnetonka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the North Kansas City Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against North Kansas City this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on September 2nd.

Winnetonka's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for North Kansas City, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

Winnetonka has already played their next matchup, a 6-0 defeat against Kearney on the 1st. As for North Kansas City, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Park Hill South at 6:30 p.m. on the 9th.
