Soccer Recap: Senatobia Comes Up Short

Senatobia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Byhalia Indians. Senatobia were not able to make up for their defeat to Byhalia from their previous meeting back in January of 2025.

Senatobia's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Byhalia, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Senatobia will welcome Ripley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Byhalia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Pontotoc at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Byhalia will be up against South Pontotoc's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.2 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
