After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Newberry, Mid-Carolina was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Eau Claire Shamrocks get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Mid-Carolina might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Eau Claire with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eric Vazquez Diaz (2), Cash Knight, and Fernando (Nando) Espinoza Ayvar.

Mid-Carolina's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Eau Claire, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Mid-Carolina and Eau Claire will both be playing Chester the next time they take the pitch. Mid-Carolina will host Chester at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Eau Claire will host them at 7:00 p.m. on April 8.
