Basketball Recap: Union Star Comes Up Short

Union Star lost against Gilman City back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Union Star Trojans took a blow against the Gilman City Hawks, falling 60-30.

Union Star's defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Gilman City, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union Star will welcome Winston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gilman City, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Albany at 7:30 p.m.
