After low-scoring totals in their previous six game, Windsor Central brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Norwich Purple Tornado on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Black Knights in their matchups with the Purple Tornado: they've now won seven in a row.

Windsor Central got a big performance out of Ashlee Hagerman, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs. Emily Flagg was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.

Windsor Central's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Norwich, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Windsor Central wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 7-4 victory against Oneonta on the 30th. Norwich does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
