Soccer Game Preview: Ludington vs. Montague

For the first time this season, Ludington will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will head out on the road to challenge the Montague Wildcats at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Ludington's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Ludington was handed a four-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They never let Cadillac get on the board and left with a 1-0 win.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Montague took on Grant back in March. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 8-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Montague in their matchups with Grant: they've now won three in a row.

Ludington's record is now 2-3. As for Montague, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
