Soccer Recap: Hamilton's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

If Hamilton was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of West Allis Hale on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Chargers fell just short of the Catholic Memorial Crusaders by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Hamilton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Catholic Memorial apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Hamilton's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5-1. As for Catholic Memorial, they pushed their record up to 12-2-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will host Brookfield Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Catholic Memorial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mukwonago at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
