Football Preview: Long Rebels vs. Abbeville Yellowjackets
Long and Abbeville are an even 4-4 against one another since October of 2016, but not for long. The Long Rebels will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Abbeville Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m.

They really took it to Barbour County for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-6 victory on the road. The Yellowjackets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Kendrick Carter was his usual excellent self, rushing for 133 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. Ahmod Billins also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Long now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Abbeville, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.
