After flying high against Ithaca on Monday, Valley Lutheran came back down to earth. The Chargers came up short against the Heritage Hawks on Wednesday, falling 8-0. Valley Lutheran have struggled against Heritage recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Valley Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Heritage, the win was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-1.
