Preview: Purchase Line Red Dragons vs. Harmony Area Owls
Purchase Line and Harmony Area are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Purchase Line Red Dragons will be playing at home against the Harmony Area Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
Last Friday, Purchase Line was beaten by Portage 66-33. Purchase Line has not had much luck with Portage recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Despite the defeat, Purchase Line saw an underclassman step up: Stephen Perruso scored 9 points along with 6 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Harmony Area's 23-4 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They had to suffer through a rough 80-52 loss at the hands of West Branch.
Conemaugh Valley's victory bumped their season record to 0-0 while Purchase Line's defeat dropped theirs to 0-3.
