Elliot Myers led a balanced group of hitters, going 3-for-5 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. He has become a key player for Timpview: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Tyler Weed, who got on base in four of his six plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Wasatch's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. However, it's not like Wasatch struggles in that department as they've averaged .344. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
