The Plateau Valley Cowboys won the last time they faced the Vail Christian Saints, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Plateau Valley took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 75-9 victory over Vail Christian. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Plateau Valley.
Emaline Ealey was a one-man wrecking crew for Plateau Valley as she dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Meloni Miller was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight steals and six rebounds.
Plateau Valley's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Vail Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Plateau Valley will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Telluride at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th. Telluride will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Colorado Rankings (they are ranked 254th, while Plateau Valley is ranked 55th). As for Vail Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gilpin County at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Gilpin County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
