Soccer Recap: Moberly Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

Mexico kept up with Moberly until halftime on Thursday, but afterwards: not so much. The Spartans never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Moberly better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Jacob Tustison, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Moberly's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three games. As for Mexico, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Moberly wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 7-0 win against Crocker on the 19th. As for Mexico, they will take on Hannibal at 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday.
