Basketball Recap: Ramsey Comes Up Short

Ramsey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Ramapo Raiders, falling 68-25. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Ramapo's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jack Sposa, who went 5 of 6 en route to 14 points. The dominant performance gave Sposa a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Ryan Goldman, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 14 points.

Ramsey's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Ramapo, their win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-5.

Ramsey will head out to face off against Westwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ramapo, they will take on River Dell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. River Dell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.9 points per game this season.
