College Place hadn't beaten Naches Valley on the road since May 19, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. College Place blew past Naches Valley 13-1. Fans of the Hawks have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Rio Hayes tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.

On the hitting side, Kenadie Schreindl and Adrienne Berube did most of the damage at the plate: Schreindl scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances, while Berube went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. Schreindl is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Addy Svillich, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
