Recap: North Garland Raiders vs. Naaman Forest Rangers
The North Garland Raiders''s four-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They strolled past Naaman Forest with points to spare, taking the game 28-14. The win was just what North Garland needed coming off of a 49-0 defeat in their prior contest.
North Garland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Christian Hampton, who threw for 122 yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Kameron Shaw, who rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Another reason for the win was North Garland's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Efosa Osas.
North Garland's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Naaman Forest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
