Volleyball Recap: McCool Junction Takes a Loss

McCool Junction was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to Meridian. McCool Junction was not able to make up for their loss to Meridian from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

McCool Junction may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored ten points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-10.

McCool Junction's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Meridian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season.

McCool Junction will face off against Harvard at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Meridian, they will take on Fillmore Central at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
