Basketball Recap: Cole Camp Takes a Loss

Cole Camp was the 65-41 winner over Lincoln when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cole Camp Blue Birds lost to the Lincoln Cardinals at home by a 50-31 margin on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Blue Birds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 528th, while the Cardinals are ranked 121st).

Cole Camp's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Lincoln, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cole Camp has already played their next game (against Stover), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lincoln will look to defend their home court on Friday against Northwest at 7:30 p.m.
