Volleyball Recap: Temple Takes a Loss

Temple was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Centennial Spartans.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Temple sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-14, 22-25, 25-19.

Temple's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Centennial, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coincidentally, Temple and Centennial will both be playing West Fork the next time they take the court. The Spartans will head out to face the Gators at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
