Softball Recap: Priest River Takes a Loss

Priest River lost against St. Maries on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Priest River lost 22-3 to St. Maries. That's two games in a row now that the Spartans have lost by exactly 19 runs.

Priest River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for St. Maries, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Priest River and St. Maries will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time Priest River sees the field they'll take on Troy at 2:00 p.m. on April 7. As for St. Maries, their break will end when they face Potlatch at 3:00 p.m. on April 8.
