Basketball Recap: Waterloo Christian Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Waterloo Christian came into Monday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 45-36 victory over the Columbus Sailors on Monday. The Regents have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sailors, too.

Waterloo Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Columbus, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Waterloo Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-23 defeat against Riceville on the 28th. Columbus has also already played their next matchup, a 69-19 loss against Denver on the 28th.
