Basketball Game Preview: Clements Colts vs. Colbert County Indians

Clements hasn't had much luck against Colbert County recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Clements Colts will challenge the Colbert County Indians at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Clements is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game on Tuesday. They fell 69-61 to Ardmore.

Meanwhile, Colbert County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 64-53 win over the Bulldogs.

Colbert County pushed their record up to 19-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Clements, their loss dropped their record down to 3-23.

Clements came up short against Colbert County in their previous meeting back in January, falling 68-61. Can Clements avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
