Volleyball Recap: KIPP Newark Lab Takes a Loss

KIPP Newark Lab was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tech Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Sharks of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

KIPP Newark Lab's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Tech, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

KIPP Newark Lab has already played their next game (against University), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Tech, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Hillside on the 15th.
