Volleyball Recap: North Eugene Comes Up Short

North Eugene lost against Philomath back in September of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Highlanders fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1.

North Eugene's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Philomath, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

North Eugene will face off against Crater at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Philomath, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Churchill on the 18th.
