Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Home Wins for Triton

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bremen, Triton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Argos Dragons 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Triton was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-8, 25-11.

Leading Triton to victory were Sophie Howell and Clara Doll. Howell had eight digs and two aces, while Doll had seven digs and two aces. That's the most aces Doll has posted over her last three games.

Triton pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Argos, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Triton will welcome North Miami at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Argos, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lakeland Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m.
