Baseball Recap: Kettle Falls Gets the Win

After low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Kettle Falls brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Davenport Gorillas a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Gorillas recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Davenport's batters probably weren't too happy with Cody Adams, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 15 Ks (he gave up zero walks). Adams has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Zac Burch, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Ben Higgins, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run.
