Baseball Recap: Lincoln High Comes Up Short

Lincoln High lost against Lincoln North Star back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Links came up short against the Navigators, falling 12-1. The Links have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lincoln High saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Fujan, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Lincoln High's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Lincoln North Star, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lincoln High will face off against rival Lincoln Southeast at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lincoln North Star is set to challenge their familiar foe Omaha Westside on Monday.
