Basketball Game Preview: St. Vincent's Saints vs. Toombs County Bulldogs

The St. Vincent's Saints will challenge the Toombs County Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Vincent's will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Woodville-Tompkins, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. St. Vincent's came out on top against Woodville-Tompkins by a score of 57-46 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Toombs County entered their tilt with Savannah Christian on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 54-41 win over the Raiders.

St. Vincent's has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points per game. As for Toombs County, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-13.

St. Vincent's strolled past Toombs County when the teams last played back in January by a score of 47-32. Will St. Vincent's repeat their success, or does Toombs County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
