Eagle Rock has gone 9-0-1 against Wilson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles will head out to square off against the Mules at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Eagle Rock is headed into the matchup having not lost since December 10 and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Lincoln get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Wednesday. Given Eagle Rock's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 369th, while Lincoln are ranked 1085th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wilson hadn't beaten Franklin on the road since January 13, 2023 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Mules won by a goal and slipped past the Panthers 2-1.

Eagle Rock is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those nine contests. Wilson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-10-2.

Eagle Rock got the 'W' in their previous meeting on January 14th against Wilson by a conclusive 5-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
