Davis and Eisenhower are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2022, but likely not for long. The Pirates will take on the Cadets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Davis' last ten matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Davis is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: Wenatchee, who was ranked third at the time (Davis was ranked eighth). The Pirates sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over the Panthers on Friday. Considering Davis' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower lost 4-1 to Eastmont on Friday. That's two games in a row now that Eisenhower have lost by exactly three goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Eisenhower and nudges their season record down to 5-4-2. As for Davis, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2-1.
