Soccer Recap: Lamar's Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lamar can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dallas Jesuit Rangers on Friday. While losing is never fun, Lamar can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 99th, while Dallas Jesuit are ranked 17th).

Lamar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dallas Jesuit, they will face off against Guyer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dallas Jesuit will need to watch out since Guyer has now posted at least four goals in their last three matches.
