Hackberry had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 17-4 margin over the Singer Hornets. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hackberry's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Singer, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Hackberry will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hornets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
