Basketball Recap: Oak Creek Takes a Loss

Oak Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 49-38 to the Oconomowoc Raccoons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raccoons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-51 back in December of 2025.

Oak Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Oconomowoc, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oak Creek is set to square off against their familiar foe Catholic Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Oconomowoc will challenge rival Kettle Moraine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
