Pahrump Valley has gone a perfect 3-0 against Mater Academy East Las Vegas recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Trojans will face off against the Knights at 4:00 p.m.

Pahrump Valley heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Wednesday. They fell just short of Boulder City by a score of 9-8. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last contest, Mater Academy East Las Vegas made sure to put some runs up on the board against The Meadows School on Wednesday. The Knights were the clear victors by an 18-9 margin over the Mustangs. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by eight runs or more this season.

Mater Academy East Las Vegas' win bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Pahrump Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-9.

Pahrump Valley took their victory against Mater Academy East Las Vegas in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 14-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
