Basketball Recap: High Point Academy Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

High Point Academy came into Tuesday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 49-41 victory over the Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-19 back in December of 2024.

High Point Academy's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-12. As for Brashier Middle College Charter, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

High Point Academy has already played their next contest (against Greenville Tech Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Brashier Middle College Charter will take on Landrum at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
