Football Game Preview: Ozark Tigers vs. Lebanon Yellowjackets

The Ozark Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Lebanon Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ozark will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Ozark's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Waynesville 71-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for Ozark as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Lebanon played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Nixa, falling 49-14. The Yellowjackets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-7.

Although Lebanon took the loss, they still got scores from Carson Hill and Elisha Simmonds.

Ozark picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Lebanon, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Ozark might still be hurting after the 42-21 defeat they got from Lebanon in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Tigers, Jax Glendenning (who rushed for 283 yards and four scores while picking up 7.4 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
