East Bladen not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 20th. They put the hurt on the West Columbus Vikings with a sharp 10-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won six in a row.

Gracie Edwards spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Gabriella Bray was a standout: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Martha Simmons, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-5.

The victory got East Bladen back to even at 5-5. As for West Columbus, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

East Bladen will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Vikings: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
