Drew waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the M.L. King Lions, posting a 65-33 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 70-29 back in December of 2024.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Khloe Wilson, who posted ten points in addition to eight boards and five steals. Aubriana Kirkland was another key player, putting up ten points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Drew pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for M.L. King, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-19.

Drew didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-17 loss against Creekside on the 29th. M.L. King has also already played their next contest, a 70-51 defeat against Mays on the 31st.
