Soccer Game Preview: McDonough vs. Leonardtown + Official Tickets

The McDonough Rams will square off against the Leonardtown Raiders at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

McDonough came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Calvert. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as McDonough came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Calvert are ranked 61st).

Meanwhile, Leonardtown kept a clean sheet against North Point back in September. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. The victory continues a trend for Leonardtown in their matchups with North Point: they've now won four in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, McDonough fell to 8-1. As for Leonardtown, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
