West Branch won the last time they faced Carrollton and things went their way on Tuesday too. West Branch came out on top against Carrollton by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Branch.

West Branch walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-11, 14-25, 25-23.

Abigail Janosik paced West Branch's offense, picking up 11 kills. Janosik were helped by Aislyn Ring and Elly Biskup, who contributed 18 assists each. Finally, Audrey Ring kept West Branch's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

West Branch's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Carrollton, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-9 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Branch will challenge rival Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Carrollton is set to square off against their familiar foe Minerva at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
